So what would you like to know?

Basically about a year ago I finished college and my part time office job became a full time office job and suddenly I found myself spending 8 hours a day sitting in a swivel chair wishing I had a better swivel chair, trying desperately (and failing) to concentrate on whatever administrative task I'd been assigned, and feeling sorry for myself because I'd never studied abroad in college. So, suddenly looking at a newfound adult life with a nice apartment, a salary, healthcare, and a gym membership I did the adult thing and decided to run away to be a nanny/indentured servant in Paris for a year. 

So here I am, running around Paris and absolutely refusing to grow up. I drink plenty of wine (gin) on the weekends, I flirt with French boys, I have picnics on the Champs de Mars, I look after a tiny child that I love, I eat croissants every day, I spend far too much time on the internet, I try to read French books, and I think I've just signed up for another year of it.

Some day I'll move back, find someone to actually pay me to write things, get my own healthcare plan, and maybe even re-up that gym membership. But for now I'm just enjoying my adventures.
